"How it Works" 

Option #1:

List your dock or lift for FREE.
We will take pictures of your dock, do a scaled drawing, add all information to our
website free of charge.  We will show your dock, present all offers, help in negotiating
a price and provide contracts.

For this service we charge a commission based on the final price of the sale.

Option #2:

Provide us with all information about your dock, up to 4 pictures and a sketch for us to do a scaled drawing from.  We will list your dock on our website with your contact information so interested parties can contact you directly.

For this service we charge a $45.00 set-up fee and a $25.00 a month listing fee.
(Three months minimum)
